Auxiliary equipment
We offer a variety of auxiliary equipment for automation of HF welding systems.
6 examples:
A feeder is used to feed in items such as cardboard, printed materials, or screen-printed sheets. This unit can be combined with the extendable table machine, swivel table machines, conveyor belt machines, and tablet indexers. It can also be used with existing systems from all manufacturers.
There are a variety of possible feeder designs.
- Standard: suitable for cardboard or paper feeding, for instance for single production of a ring binder.
- The double: for production of two ring binders at the same time.
- The combo:For feeding in cardboard and printed material at the same time.
- The sheet cutter/feeder: This unit cuts a piece of foil of the correct length from the roll and then feeds it in. It can process transparent foils, which could otherwise not be fed in because they stick together. Can be used with: extendable table machines, swivel table machines, conveyor belt machines, and tablet indexers.
Emptiers, applicable in combination with: swivel table machines, indexing machines, and tablet indexers.
There are two designs.
- for combination with conveyor belt machines. With a waste removal line provided using a ladder strip.
- for swivel tables and tablet indexers, with the waste removed piece-by-piece.
The emptiers are fitted with a conveyor belt on which the products are placed.
Auxiliary presses: pretreatment for cuts such as thumb grips.
Foil printing press: for a colour foil overprint
Labelling press: for applying labels such as barcodes.
Roll cutter: for cutting foil off on a paper carrier, e.g. self-adhesive cases.
