Tablet indexing machine

The tablet indexing machine has a unique design. It is the logical successor to the swivel table machine.
This machine uses a chain belt to move tables a fixed distance with each stroke. At the end, the tables return to the starting point via the underside.

Although its structure is more complex than the swivel table, it enjoys some crucial advantages.
This machine only takes up half of the floor area required by a swivel table machine of the same configuration.

This is thanks to its in-line setup, which offers considerable space savings over the swivel table's star setup.
It also greatly facilitates calibration work because the front of the machine is easily accessible.
An additional benefit of this design is the option for future expansion of the number of automation positions. This would not be possible with the swivel table design.
All of the feeders and emptiers that we manufacture can be used with this machine.
If the sheet cutter/feeder is used, then you can work from the roll, eliminating the need to cut sheets to size. This setup can also process transparent films, which, if cut in advance, would stick together too much for automatic processing.
